EM Trainers Server Move

Everything needed to move the trainer system from this server (srv1544679) to a new one: what moves, what is retired, exact commands, checks, how to switch over and how to go back. Checked against the live server; no secret values are shown.

`emtcc` database (61 tables)	12 MB	Move into its own Postgres container with its own limited login. Today it shares the server-wide Postgres.
Lesson files (MinIO bucket `emtrainers-media`)	999 MB · 1,004 files	Move. 338 of these are the lesson audio/images the system uses. Every file is checked after the copy.
Settings & secrets (`/docker/.env`)	—	One key must be copied exactly (the encryption key for stored WhatsApp tokens). Login passwords can be kept. All other keys are made fresh on the new server.

Old July ForgeCRM copy + `emtrainers` database	4 MB code · 11 MB DB	Retire, keep only as an archive. It has no users, and its 736 lessons are already in the new system.

Before you start

The new code is not backed up anywhere off this server. /root/EMTrainerCommandCenter has never been pushed to GitHub. Push it to a private repo first.
Web addresses change. Every *.srv1544679.hstgr.cloud name belongs to this server. The new server needs its own domain (your own domain is best, so it never changes again).
Add the lesson WhatsApp number after the move, not before. Then no live webhook has to be moved.
Nothing on this page has been run yet. The old server stays complete until the new one has run cleanly for 14 days.
